Responsibilities:
- 1. Liaise with purchase department to get the best price from supplier
- 2. Prepare quotation for customer inquiry
- 3. Record sales data daily, weekly and monthly
- 4. Collect deposit from customer for monthly rental
- 5. Follow up customer monthly rental contract
- 6. Check the PO from customer before proceed with the sales
- 7. Liaise with customer for the inquiries
- 8. Handle trip from loading to unloading before passed to operation side
Requirements:
- 1. Experience in sales coordinator
- 2. Can work in teamwork
- 3. Have a good personalities and responsibilities
- 4. Chinese speaker as our customer is from China
