SALES COORDINATOR
Fresh/Entry Level
Responsibilities:

  • 1. Liaise with purchase department to get the best price from supplier
  • 2. Prepare quotation for customer inquiry
  • 3. Record sales data daily, weekly and monthly
  • 4. Collect deposit from customer for monthly rental
  • 5. Follow up customer monthly rental contract
  • 6. Check the PO from customer before proceed with the sales
  • 7. Liaise with customer for the inquiries
  • 8. Handle trip from loading to unloading before passed to operation side

Requirements:

  • 1. Experience in sales coordinator
  • 2. Can work in teamwork
  • 3. Have a good personalities and responsibilities
  • 4. Chinese speaker as our customer is from China
