ADMIN COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Liaise with the customer for operation side.
  • 2. Update working time in excel sheet for site worker.
  • 3. Liaise with all site worker.
  • 4. Oversees overall operation task including heavy machine and site worker.
  • 5. Monitor all working group for each site
  • 6. Key in record for machine maintenance
  • 7. Key in daily and monthly attendance report
  • 8. As a customer service-handling any issue reported by customer

Requirements:

  • 1. Experience in admin coordinator work and customer service
  • 2. Can work in teamwork
  • 3. Chinese speaker as most of our customer is from China
  • 4. Can speak and understand Malay well to communicate with the site worker
