Responsibilities:
- 1. Liaise with the customer for operation side.
- 2. Update working time in excel sheet for site worker.
- 3. Liaise with all site worker.
- 4. Oversees overall operation task including heavy machine and site worker.
- 5. Monitor all working group for each site
- 6. Key in record for machine maintenance
- 7. Key in daily and monthly attendance report
- 8. As a customer service-handling any issue reported by customer
Requirements:
- 1. Experience in admin coordinator work and customer service
- 2. Can work in teamwork
- 3. Chinese speaker as most of our customer is from China
- 4. Can speak and understand Malay well to communicate with the site worker
